• Return Policy
• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). The Guitar Hanger reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, return it to us in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date, and we will refund 100% of the original purchase price, not including any shipping/handling charges, and a 10% restocking fee that is assessed to cover processing fees. Free or reduced freight orders will be retro-actively charged the actual freight from the initial delivery. Product must be in factory fresh, resellable condition including all original packing and paperwork. Items returned without an authorization number or items returned that are not in original condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  
  Before returning any item, contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. To receive a (RA) number, please contact us with the original order number, merchandise description and the reason for return.
